Extruded insulation board is polystyrene resin as raw materials plus other auxiliary materials and polymer, through heating at the same time injection catalyst, and then extruded pressure out of full bloom and manufacturing of rigid foam board, its scientific name for extruded polystyrene insulation board. The extrusion process produces a continuous, uniform surface layer and closed-cell honeycomb structure. The interconnecting walls of these honeycomb structures are of uniform thickness and do not have voids.
Therefore, the insulation board has more thermal insulation performance, good hydrophobic performance and compressive performance.

XPS extruded board product features:
